Heike Brueser is the Head of Global Quality Management for Crop Protection. Previously, from 2017 to 2021, they served as the Head of QM Systems, NCM, and Processes for Nutrition & Health at BASF. Their background also includes leadership roles in quality governance and agricultural solutions within BASF, as well as experience as an R&D Lab Teamlead in biotechnology. Prior to their corporate roles, Heike worked as a Research Scientist at Technische Universität Braunschweig from 2002 to 2005.
