Indu Sharda

Indu Sharda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management and business partnering. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Head of HR for Malaysia at BASF since March 2021, Indu has demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and possesses a diverse skill set comprising over 21 competencies. Previously, Indu held the position of Regional Human Resource Business Partner at HMSHost International and served as Senior Human Resource Manager for South East Asia and Malaysia at General Mills, contributing a wealth of knowledge through similar problem-solving initiatives. Indu's career also includes experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd and as an Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather. Indu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of East London and a Diploma in Business from HELP University.
