Indu Sharda

Indu Sharda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various senior management roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of HR for Malaysia at BASF since March 2021, Indu previously held the position of Regional Human Resource Business Partner at HMSHost International from October 2018 to December 2020. Indu's experience includes significant roles at General Mills, where responsibilities included Senior Human Resource Manager for South East Asia and Malaysia, as well as Human Resources Manager for Malaysia. Prior to that, Indu was a Human Resources Business Partner at DKSH and began a career as an Account Executive at Ogilvy. Indu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of East London and a Diploma in Business from HELP University.
