Juan Ignacio Gowland

Juan Ignacio Gowland currently serves as the Government Relations Manager for BASF, overseeing operations in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia since September 2023. Juan Ignacio is also the Director of the Digital Government Diplomacy program at Austral University and has held various prominent positions in the public and private sectors, including Senior Manager at PwC Argentina and Senior Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank. His extensive experience in public administration includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and Institutional Director at the Argentine Presidency, contributing to institutional relations and strategic coordination. Juan Ignacio Gowland holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Master's in Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Magister in Public Policies from Universidad Austral. His dedication to leadership development is further evidenced by his participation in programs such as the Fulbright Hubert Humphrey Fellowship and the G20 Young Global Changers initiative.
