Kallan Heal is the Head of Sales for North America in Mining Solutions at BASF. Kallan previously held several roles at BASF, including Technical Sales Manager and Account Manager for Mining Solutions, and served as a Global Key Account Manager for Alcoa. Prior to this, Kallan worked at Hydro Flow as an Account Manager and Field Service Engineer, focusing on business development and engineering solutions for water treatment projects. Kallan began their career as a Graduate Engineer at RCR, where they managed projects in the mining industry. Kallan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University.
