Karolien Peeters

Karolien Peeters is a highly experienced professional in the field of biotechnology and regulatory science. Currently serving as a Regulatory Scientist at BASF since March 2021 and a Senior Study Manager at BASF Agricultural Solutions since August 2018, Karolien brings extensive expertise from a previous role as Study Manager and Quality Assurance Officer at Bayer CropScience from October 2011 to July 2018. Karolien's academic background includes a PhD in Biotechnology from Ghent University, where research focused on the biodiversity of heterotrophic bacteria in Antarctic microbial mats, complemented by a Master's in Biotechnology from the same institution.
