Kelly Grant

Kelly Grant is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for the Petrochemicals and Energy divisions at BASF since July 2015, providing strategic legal counsel. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at BP, supporting upstream drilling activities and managing legal issues related to the Gulf Coast Restoration Organization, including crisis management and dispute resolution during the Deep Water Horizon oil spill. Kelly also held a contract position at Tesco Corporation, offering general legal advice and supporting litigation and regulatory matters in North America. Earlier in the career, Kelly worked at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP, focusing on corporate transactions and M&A as a corporate attorney. Education includes a Master of Laws in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School, and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law.
