Klaudia Cipri is the Head of Staffing at BASF SE and the Managing Director of BASF Jobmarkt GmbH. Klaudia previously held various roles within BASF, including Head of Work-Life-Management and Head of Talent Acquisition Germany. Klaudia began her career as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Universität Mannheim and earned a Diplom in Psychology, specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology as well as Business Administration.
