Mariana Rodrigues

Mariana Rodrigues is a seasoned HR Operations Consultant at BASF, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive HR experience spanning payroll, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. Mariana has been instrumental in managing HR projects, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as implementing HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors. Previously, they held positions at ProPay Brasil and Raia Drogasil S/A, where they focused on payroll analysis and compensation management. Mariana earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade do Grande ABC and an MBA in Project Management from MBA USP/Esalq.
