Marieke Jeurink

Marieke Jeurink is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic and tactical HR management, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Global HR Specialist Projects at BASF since September 2017. In this role, Marieke is responsible for comprehensive HR policy and organizational development at the Heerenveen site and is a member of the management team. Prior to BASF, Marieke worked at Hertel from June 2008 to August 2017 as an HRD Business Partner, where responsibilities included shaping and implementing management and organizational development policies and overseeing leadership and change management initiatives. Marieke also held roles as an HR Advisor and Intercedent at Start People from 2005 to 2008, focusing on HR advising, recruitment, and client relationship management. Marieke's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Groningen, post-HBO degrees in Business Administration and Labor Law HR, and a VWO diploma.
