Mary Jakubowski

Mary Jakubowski is the Head of Benefits for the United States at BASF, where they develop and implement health, retirement, and wellbeing benefits strategies. With over 30 years of experience in chemicals and financial services, Mary has held various leadership roles, including Director of HR Planning & Strategy and Manager of Corporate Accounting at BASF. They began their career as a Staff Auditor at Ernst & Young and later served as a Business Unit Controller at UBS, focusing on financial management in human resources. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
