Natalie Mühlenfeld

Natalie Mühlenfeld was born in Essen, Germany, in 1980. She concluded her studies of law at the Ruhr University in Bochum, Germany, in 2009 with the Second State Examination in Law. She began her career at the Mining, Chemical and Energy Industries Union (IG BCG) in 2010 as secretary for legal protection at the regional legal protection office in Bochum, Germany. Mühlenfeld was trade union secretary of the Leverkusen district from 2013 to 2020 before taking over the management of the Düsseldorf district in 2020.

Mühlenfeld has been a member of the BASF Supervisory Board since April 29, 2022.
