Previously, Nikhil held several positions at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where responsibilities included operations management and project coordination for significant refinery units. Nikhil graduated with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli in 1991.
