Nikhilkumar Sejpal

Nikhilkumar Sejpal is an engineering leader with over 30 years of global experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation across the petrochemicals, oil and gas, chemicals, fertilizers, and pharma sectors. Currently, Nikhilkumar is leading BASF's $10 billion project in Zhanjiang, China, managing a multinational team while focusing on Owner’s Engineering and Interface Management. Nikhilkumar has held significant leadership roles at companies like Jacobs Engineering, Dodsal, and GSFC, where they oversaw complex engineering projects and ensured compliance with global standards. As a past Honorary Member of the Technical Advisory Board at K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Nikhilkumar also contributed to mentoring emerging engineers and connecting academia with industry needs. Nikhilkumar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Control from SSEC, Bhavnagar University, India.
