Nikita Babar

Nikita Babar is currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Controlling & Operations at BASF since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nikita gained extensive experience at Asian Paints, progressing through various positions from Executive I to Senior Executive in Accounts from June 2018 to September 2025. Nikita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, completed in 2023, and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from the University of Mumbai, obtained in 2020. Additionally, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree was earned from Mithibai College between 2015 and 2018.
