Rebecca White

Rebecca White has extensive experience in Human Resources, spanning multiple companies and roles. At DuPont from 2003 to 2016, Rebecca served as a Human Resources Business Partner, enhancing HR operations for over 500 employees and collaborating with senior leaders. Following this tenure, Rebecca held various HR positions at BASF from 2017 onwards, including Strategic HR Manufacturing Advisor and HR Manager, where strategic support was provided to multiple manufacturing sites and leadership teams. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Alcoa and supporting growth at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Human Resources Coordinator. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
