Riley Scritchfield is a Chemical Engineering student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, expected to graduate in 2025. Experience includes a Research and Development Internship at H.B. Fuller, focusing on automotive and electronics adhesives, where analytical chemistry was applied to enhance product development and reformulate commercial roofing adhesives. Additional internships at Navitas Systems, LLC involved the development of anode and cathode materials. Currently, Riley is part of BASF's Global Product Management Professional Development Program, and actively participates in the Engineering Ambassadors Network, promoting STEM among K-12 students. Leadership skills are further honed through participation in the Society of Women Engineers' Collegiate Leadership Institute and Leadership Development Program.
