Ronald Michels

Ronald Michels has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in the field of greenhouse horticulture. Currently serving as a Basic Operator in the Genetic Enhancement Unit at BASF since January 2022, Ronald previously held various roles within BASF, including Senior Support in CUL and contributed to Grow Group bv as a Teeltspecialist. Ronald has also worked at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds as a Technician, where responsibilities included leading temporary staff and assisting with crop care. Earlier career milestones include positions at Greenco, Raymakers, Geurts Champignons, and Cuppen Snijbloemen, involving tasks such as crop care, product logistics, and quality control. Ronald holds an MBO degree in Glastuinbouw from Helicon Opleidingen Helmond and completed secondary education at Bernard Alfrink Mavo.
