Sebastian Lesche

Sebastian Lesche is a Senior Project Manager for the Corporate Site Project at BASF, a position they have held since February 2024. Previously, Sebastian served as Deputy Plant Manager and Production Manager at BASF, overseeing a world-scale dispersions plant. With a diverse background at BASF, their roles included Engineering Manager and Global Technology Manager, where they contributed significantly to large-scale projects in China and Asia. Sebastian earned a Dipl.-Ing. in Process and Energy Technologies from Technische Universität Berlin and studied Sinology at Freie Universität Berlin.
