Sushil Kaushik is currently the Regional Head of F&V Crop System Marketing for BASF in the Asia Pacific region. Sushil held the position of Country Head at Nunhems India from 2016 to 2023 and previously served as the Country Head at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Sushil was the Head of Finance and Accounts at Nunhems India Pvt. Ltd. from 2008 to 2013. Sushil also completed their schooling at Swami Uma Bharti Public School Rewari and is pursuing a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
