Tobias Klein is a Lab Team Leader at BASF since March 2023, specializing in the development and optimization of fermentation processes for microorganisms and bioprocess development from lab to production scale. Prior to this role, Tobias served as a Professor for White Biotechnology at Hochschule Kaiserslautern from September 2021 to February 2023, teaching courses in applied biotechnology and conducting research on microbial hosts for bioplastics and chemicals.
