Tracy Roach Gadkari

Tracy Roach Gadkari, PhD, currently serves as Technical Services Manager at BASF since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading strategic collaborations to enhance customer experience and developing a competitive intel database across multiple business lines. Tracy's expertise in project management and continuous improvement is demonstrated through initiatives that optimize processes and create training resources. A PhD in Biochemistry was obtained from The Ohio State University between 2015 and 2020, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Biology from The College of St. Scholastica. Tracy's academic experience includes leadership roles in student organizations and a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, supplemented by research experience at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
