Victor Kaupe

Victor Kaupe is currently the Head of Regional Transport Management & Logistics EMEA at BASF, overseeing logistics and transportation operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a commitment to innovation, digitalization, and sustainable solutions, Victor leads a team of over 175 employees at multiple sites. Prior to this role, Victor gained valuable experience through various positions at BASF and other companies, including working as a student and completing a bachelor thesis at Daimler AG. Victor is also pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Münster, building on a Bachelor of Arts degree obtained from Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences.
