Greg Walsh

Greg Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Greg is currently serving as the Head of Fintech at Bash since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Omni Systems at Bash from April 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Bash, Greg worked for TFG Infotec, a division of TFG (The Foschini Group), from 2009 to 2021. Greg held various roles, including Head of Omni-channel Systems from August 2015 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the omni-channel systems strategy and operations for 20 retail brands under TFG. Greg also served as the Head of Client Services from July 2012 to July 2015 and as an Executive in the Client Services function from 2009 to 2012. Greg managed various teams and functions including Business Relationship Management, Project Management Office, Service Management Center, and Operations Project teams.

Greg's earlier experience includes working as the Senior Manager for Service Management Center at Foschinidata from October 2007 to September 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at element8 management consulting for a brief period in 2005-2006. Greg also served as a Technical Project Manager at Randmarkets.net from May 2002 to October 2003 and as a Technical Account Manager at I-Net from 1998 to 2002.

Greg Walsh attended the UCT Graduate School of Business in 2003, where they obtained an MBA degree. Greg also enrolled in the University of Cape Town in the same year to pursue an MBA, but no specific field of study was mentioned.
