Tania Heckrath

Tania Heckrath is a professional with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Western Cape. Tania has a diverse background in HR roles, starting as an HR Trainee and working their way up to their current position as People Operations Lead at Bash. Prior to this, Tania held various HR management and consulting positions at TFG (The Foschini Group) for almost a decade. Tania brings a wealth of experience and expertise in organizational design, rewards, and HR operations to their current role.
