Md. Ariful Islam has extensive experience in human resources management, ranging from internships to executive positions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Bashundhara Group, Md. Ariful also held HR roles at Karnaphuli Group of Companies and Hazrat Amanat Shah Spinning Mills Ltd. Ariful has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southeast University, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Prior to their managerial roles, Md. Ariful gained experience through an internship at Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Bangladesh.
