Jason Winchester

Jason Winchester has extensive experience in manufacturing and management, currently serving as the Consumables Manager at BASi since April 2014. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Assembly Area Manager at Oerlikon Fairfield Manufacturing from February 2011 to July 2013. Jason's career began at Dayton Phoenix Group, where from December 1994 to February 2011, a progression from Production Laborer to Production Supervisor was achieved, overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles in both production and fabrication processes. Jason's foundational education was completed at Benton Central High School.
