Rohit Baruah has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Associate for Nagen Sarma Memorial Society, where they worked as a service provider in their undertaken project on education. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Intern for Amul (GCMMF). In 2018, they worked as a Marketing Intern for Britannia Industries Limited, where they worked on service Enhancement and conducted a project with a title "Conducting a Market research on Retailers satisfaction on Britannias current distribution channels in Guwahati". From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Operations Executive for PolicyBazaar.com, as a Finance Executive for MGT Motors Private Limited, and as a Relationship Manager for Full Basket Property Services Pvt Ltd.

Rohit Baruah completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Pune Institute of Business Management in 2019, specializing in Marketing and Operations. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - B.Com (H) from The Bhawanipur Education Society College in 2016, with a focus in Accounting and Finance.
