Melinda Marie has worked in various roles in the product testing and compliance field since 2008. Melinda began their career at Macy's Merchandising Group as a Product Integrity Analyst in 2008. In 2013, they joined aden + anais as a Quality Control Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at ANN INC. (parent company of Ann Taylor, LOFT & Lou & Grey) as a Testing Associate. In 2017, they moved to Ralph Lauren as a Manager- Safety & Compliance, Footwear and Accessories. Since 2018, they have been employed at Basic Resources, Inc. in roles such as Product Testing and Compliance Manager, Sr. Product Testing and Compliance Coordinator, and Product Testing and Compliance Coordinator.
Melinda Marie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Product Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2003.
