Bernard Assaf

Bernard Assaf has over 25 years of work experience. In 1995, they began as a Graduate Assistant at Louisiana State University. In 1997, they became a Software Engineer at HNC Software, where they developed C programs and UNIX shell scripts to extract and process data from multiple clients of HNC Software Inc. products. In 1999, they transferred to Retek as a Software Engineer III, where they began as a Software Engineer II. In 2005, they joined Oracle as a Principal Continuous Delivery Engineer, where they supported automation and internal build infrastructure for Merchandise, Planning and Optimization solution unit applications. Bernard also co-developed an Oracle Application Express (APEX) dashboard for reporting customer usage analytics. In 2023, they joined Addico Solutions, Inc. as a Support Specialist.

Bernard Assaf obtained an Honors Diploma from Catholic High School between 1986 and 1991. Bernard then attended Birmingham-Southern College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. After that, they pursued Graduate Studies in Computer Science at Louisiana State University from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Youth Soccer Coach "F" License from Georgia Soccer in February 2012.
