Mtshali Mandla

Mtshali Mandla is an experienced Employee Relations Manager with a career spanning over two decades in the field of labour relations. Since March 2007, Mtshali has held the position of Employee Relations Manager (Head) and Employee Relations Manager (Group) at Basil Read, actively participating in national wage negotiations and advising both management and labour on relevant labour laws.
