With a background spanning over 30 years in the London Fire Brigade, Jim held several key positions, including Fire Inspector and Fire Safety Team Leader, leading enforcement teams and managing fire safety across multiple boroughs. Jim holds various qualifications in fire safety and occupational health and safety, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in these fields.
