Lakshmanan Chandran is an experienced professional in the visual effects industry, currently serving as Central Production Manager at Basilic Fly Studio since December 2021. Lakshmanan has a strong background in production management, including team recruitment, resource allocation, and workflow monitoring, as well as extensive experience in VFX production across numerous projects, such as "Jagame Thanthiram" and "Lucifer." Prior experience includes various roles at Prism & Pixels VFX Studio and EFX, showcasing a comprehensive skill set from compositing supervision to lead VFX supervision.
