Kristi Blumhagen

Kristi Blumhagen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and procurement. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Administrator at Basin Electric Power Cooperative since August 2013, Kristi has been responsible for bid preparation, bid analysis, and high-level construction project contract negotiations. Prior roles include Marketing Assistant at the Bank of North Dakota, where Kristi coordinated project phases and events, and Contracts Specialist at Iowa Diabetes Research, negotiating clinical research contracts. With earlier experience as Manager of Grants and Contracts at Odyssey Research, Kristi has a strong background in contract negotiation and compliance. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Minot State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Bismarck State College.
