Carl Stroud, CPL began their career in 2003 as an Independent Landman at NTC Resources, LLC. In 2006, they moved to David H. Arrington Oil & Gas as a Project Manager. In 2008, Carl became an Oil & Gas professional at XTO Energy. Finally, in 2018, they assumed the role of Land Manager at Basin Oil and Gas.
Carl Stroud, CPL completed a Communications in Human Relations degree from Texas Christian University in 1998. Carl also obtained a Certificate of Professional Land Practices from the same university. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Professional Landman certification from the AAPL- American Association of Professional Landmen.
