Marty Willett has a strong background in finance and commercial real estate asset management. Marty began their career at Geweke Real Estate in 2006 as the Vice President, Commercial Asset Manager. From 2011 to 2017, Marty worked at The Buzz Oates Group of Companies as a Senior Asset Manager, overseeing a 5 million square foot portfolio and handling various responsibilities such as partner reporting, budgeting, leasing, sales, and acquisitions. Currently, Marty serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Basin Street Properties, where they are responsible for managing the financial functions of the company and its extensive portfolio of properties throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada.

Marty Willett graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Statistics. In addition to their undergraduate education, they received several certifications including CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM Institute in November 2014, and CPM (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management in May 2012.
