Nikola Majstorović

Nikola Majstorović has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Basiq since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Consultant/Recruiter at DEKRA zapošljavanje d.o.o. Srbija, where responsibilities encompassed employment agency services across Europe, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Asseco South Eastern Europe, focusing on the IT sector. Earlier positions include Human Resources Assistant at Karanovic & Partners, Customer/Tech Support at AllTele AB, Researcher/Interviewer at the Centre for Human Rights, Office Manager at HELLO! Magazine, and volunteering with children with special needs and the Council of Psychology for Students. Nikola holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, obtained in October 2012.
