Victoria Harkness

Victoria Harkness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at Basis since May 2022, Victoria held previous roles including Head of Research and Evaluation at the National Citizen Service Trust and Research and Programme Director at Ipsos MORI, where oversight of the Building a Stronger Britain Together programme was a key responsibility. Earlier positions include Research Director at BritainThinks and Ipsos MORI, as well as roles in policy and research at the City of London and the London Borough of Camden. Victoria holds a Geography BA (Hons) from Newcastle University and is a Certified Member of the Market Research Society and a member of the Social Research Association.
