Sachi Bafna

Sachi Bafna is a skilled product designer with experience at Basis since July 2025 and previously at Aleph from February 2024 to July 2025, specializing in product design. Sachi has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University for courses in Innovation of Services & Experiences and Strategy Management. In 2023, Sachi led the design for Story Tune at School Ki Ghanti and developed a product roadmap for an anxiety-reducing app and wearable at Pittsburgh International Airport. Prior experience includes roles as a product designer at HappyFox, where Sachi contributed to the Enterprise Chatbot's development, and as a communication consultant at Pratham Education Foundation. Sachi's design strategy work for award-winning Tamras Gin at Irregulars Alliance LLP reflects a comprehensive background in visual design and collaboration across teams. Sachi holds a Master of Science in Product Innovation from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from MIT ADT University. Additional education includes a study abroad program in Digital Media Design at L'École de design Nantes Atlantique.
