Madalina Ailincai is an experienced educator with a strong background in mathematics instruction and educational leadership. Currently serving as Vice Head of High School and Mathematics Department Head at BASIS International Schools since August 2018, Madalina also holds the position of Subject Expert Teacher for AP Calculus. Prior to this role, Madalina taught secondary mathematics at Modern English School Cairo, covering a variety of courses including Algebra and IB Mathematics, and worked as the IB Mathematics Coordinator at Carolina High School in South Carolina. Madalina began the teaching career at Colegiul Tehnic "Simion Mehedinti" in Romania. Holding a Master’s degree in Educational Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, Madalina combines academic expertise with effective educational leadership.
