Leigh Roumila

Leigh Roumila is a seasoned professional in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations and Managing Director at Basis Investment Group, LLC since December 2010. In this role, Leigh oversees CMBS transactions, originates and underwrites first mortgage commercial real estate loans, and manages capital raising and business strategy efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director at Habitat for Humanity - New York City, Senior Project Manager at CWCapital LLC, Senior Vice President and Securitization Manager at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and Vice President positions at Bank of America and Triquest Financial Services Corporation.
