Katie Urbanek

Katie Urbanek is currently the Human Resources Director at Basis Partners, a start-up civil engineering consulting firm. Previously, Katie served as the HR Director at Rampart Supply and Heating & Plumbing Engineers, Inc. Katie also founded TPV Consulting to assist organizations with HR practices. Katie's experience includes serving as an HR Manager and Business Partner at Ingersoll Rand. Katie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
