Rich Walker has extensive experience in the construction and utilities sectors, currently serving as a Construction Inspector at Basis Partners since March 2023, focusing on concrete inspections in Colorado Springs. Prior to this role, Rich worked at Colorado Springs Utilities for nearly 30 years, holding positions as a Pipeline Inspector, where collaboration with developers and engineers was essential, and as a Journeyman Pipefitter specializing in water construction. Rich holds an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in Business Fundamentals from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2015 and 2021.
