Mike S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within technology and innovation sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Founder at M2 Foundry, Mike is focused on dual-use innovation across financial security, supply chain resilience, and AI applications. As Co-Founder and COO of RT8, Mike helps clients leverage dual-use technologies for market expansion, while also contributing to portfolio success at BasisTech as an Investment Committee member and Executive in Residence. Previous positions include COO at KonaSearch, where Mike led the M&A process that resulted in the company's acquisition by Bullhorn, and Director of Sales Operations at Babel Street, where successful integration of sales operations was achieved. Mike's earlier roles include leadership positions in sales operations and consulting, emphasizing go-to-market strategies for B2B companies, particularly in AI, cybersecurity, and SaaS industries. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and has completed a Data Science Immersive program at General Assembly.
