Heather Crider has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather started their career in 2007 as a member of the Mobile Energy Team for Red Bull, where they worked in promotions. In 2010, they had internships at Think Creative, Inc. as a Project Manager, and at Clear Channel Radio in Promotions. Heather then worked as a Studio Manager at Lure Design from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Net Conversion as a Paid Search Marketing Analyst, responsible for managing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms. Since 2015, Heather has been with Basis Technologies, initially working as a Paid Search Strategist before being promoted to Director of Paid Search in 2017 and eventually becoming the VP of Paid Search in June 2021.
Heather Crider attended the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications. Prior to that, they attended Seminole State College of Florida from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree. In addition to their educational background, Heather has obtained various certifications, including YouTube Certification from Google, Bing Ads Certification from Microsoft, Kenshoo Local Certification from Kenshoo, Amazon Search Accreditation from Amazon Web Services, and most recently, Google Ads Search Certification from Google in April 2022.
