Victoria Bateman

Victoria Bateman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data operations, currently serving as the Senior Director at Basis Technologies since January 2019. In this role, Victoria leads a team of analysts focused on product and operational analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making across the company. Prior to this, Victoria held several positions including Director and Manager of Data Operations at TVO, as well as Business Process Engineer and Project Manager at RSMB. Additional experience includes roles at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, PwC, and Kantar Worldpanel UK. Victoria holds a Data Science Certification from the University of Toronto and has a strong educational background including a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
