Farhana Kabir

Farhana Kabir has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Farhana began their career as a Lecturer at City College, National University in Bangladesh in 2005. Farhana then worked as a Customer Service Advisor for Vodafone Contract at Conduit UK from 2009 to 2011. Farhana joined EUI Ltd as a Graduate Trainee in 2011 and later moved to Admiral Group plc, where they worked as a Business Analyst in the IT department from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they also completed various project work and rotations across different departments. In 2015, Farhana joined WHSmith as an IT Business Analyst in the PMO, handling responsibilities such as resource planning, reporting to senior management, and ensuring information flow between various parties. Farhana then worked at Toshiba TEC UK Imaging Systems Ltd. as an Interim Project Manager/Analyst in the PMO, focusing on Smart Meter, before joining Basis Technologies in 2017. At Basis Technologies, Farhana worked as PMO and later as Manager-Project and PMO, overseeing project management and providing leadership in the PMO.

Farhana Kabir has a strong educational background in business and marketing. Farhana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at the same institution.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Farhana Kabir has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Farhana is a certified Mental Health First Aider from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Farhana is also a certified Scrum Master from The Knowledge Academy and holds the ITIL Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Furthermore, Farhana has completed the PRINCE2 certification from APMG-International.

While the obtained month and year are not provided for the certifications in Advanced Research, Economic Research, and ILM Level 3, First Line Management Certificate, it can be assumed that they have pursued additional courses in research and management.
