Shaik Nayimur Rahaman has significant work experience in the field of participatory finance and training and development. shaik started their career in 1993 as an Accounts Officer at Empire Ventures and Holding Private Limited, where they worked until 1996. In 2009, they joined BASIX and served as Manager of Training and Development until 2011. shaik then held the role of Manager of Participatory Finance until 2012, when they were promoted to Head of Participatory Finance.

Shaik Nayimur Rahaman attended B.V&B.N High School from 1983 to 1986, where they completed their secondary education. Following that, they enrolled at V.R.S&Y.R.N College, specializing in the field of Commerce.
