Rahul Patel

Rahul Patel has extensive experience in the real estate and investment industries. Rahul currently works as the Vice President of Real Estate & Business Development at BASK Development, where they are responsible for identifying new markets for real estate development projects and overseeing the entire development process. Prior to this, Rahul served as the President and Managing Principal of Superior Capital LLC, where they focused on acquiring and managing multi-family investment properties. Rahul also worked as an Investment/Portfolio Business Manager and Partner at RRP Investments LLC & Lotus Realty LLC, where they managed multi-family apartment investments and a commercial shopping center. Rahul's earlier experience includes working as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Provident Realty, where they facilitated various commercial real estate transactions, and as a Program Business Manager, Project Leader, and Senior Project Manager at Nokia (Alcatel-Lucent), where they managed large complex projects and generated significant revenue. Additionally, they worked as an Asset Manager at Dover Investments LLC, where they oversaw the acquisition and management of a portfolio of multi-family investments. Throughout their career, Rahul has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and financial management skills.

Rahul Patel has an extensive education history. Rahul earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University during the years 1996 to 1999. More recently, Rahul completed their MBA at DePaul Driehaus College of Business, specializing in Real Estate Finance and Investment and Entrepreneurship, from 2015 to 2018. Rahul is also currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
