Khaled Salem has worked for several companies since 2009. Khaled began their career at Zain Jordan as a Help Desk Officer and Customer Services Agent. In 2012, they joined MarkaVIP as a Support Unit Team Leader and Support Unit Agent. In 2016, Khaled Salem moved to Abdali mall company as a Customer Service Team Leader and later that year to OSN as a Customer Service Team Manager. In 2020, they joined Webhelp as an Operations Team Manager and most recently in 2021, they became a Contact Center Manager at Basket.
Khaled Salem obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Applied Since University between 2008 and 2013.
