Danny Soto has a diverse range of work experience in the field of telecommunications and systems engineering. Danny is currently working as a Senior Systems Engineer at Bass, Berry & Sims since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at UBS as an Associate Director/Unified Communications Lead from August 2017 to September 2019. In this role, they managed the Unified Communications team in Nashville and assisted in managing the IPT team in India, focusing on daily service requests and incidents related to voice issues globally.

Before UBS, Danny worked at AT&T as a Voice Network Engineer II (NOC Lead) from June 2014 to August 2017. Before Black Box Network Services, Danny worked at Biovail Laboratories as a Technical Support Specialist (Contractor) from April 2006 to February 2007. Danny also worked at WorldNet from March 2002 to March 2006 as an Information Systems Supervisor/Network Administrator. In this role, they managed daily operations of voice and data networks and supervised a team of technicians and administrators.

Furthermore, Danny has served in the US Army/Army Reserve from December 1995 to December 2003 as a Cable and wire systems installer (31L) Network Switching Systems Operator-Maintainer (25F). Danny received an Honorable discharge and various leadership training, earning the Army Achievement Medal and qualifying as Airborne and Ranger.

Danny Soto's education history includes attending the National College of Business and Technology from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended the US Army Signal Center and received certification as a Certified U.S. Army Cable and Wire Systems Installer in Telecommunications and Networking. Additionally, Danny Soto has obtained several certifications, including Introduction to Cybersecurity from Cisco in April 2021. Danny also has certifications such as (ACACN) Avaya Certified Associate Communication Networking, APDS (Avaya Professional Design Specialist), APSS (Avaya Professional Sales Specialist), CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, MCITP, and MCSE (2003), although the specific institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
